The allocated funds, earmarked as maintenance allowances, cover the academic years of 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 for the deserving 77 law students. This proactive step underscores the government’s commitment to alleviating the economic challenges faced by students, especially in the current climate, and serves as a testament to the state’s dedication to fostering educational advancement.
Mr. Salisu Lawal-Kerau emphasized that the primary objective behind this initiative is to empower the students to focus wholeheartedly on their studies without being encumbered by financial constraints. Furthermore, he revealed that meticulous arrangements have been made by the board to ensure the swift and efficient disbursement of the scholarship funds to the deserving beneficiaries.
