Meet our new beneficiaries, Jeremiah .F., Wisdom .S. and Ummulkulsum .R., who were picked out as graduating students from 3 different Primary Schools in Bwari Area Council to be awarded scholarship for their Junior Secondary School Education. Having checked records of academic performance through their years in primary school, they were therefore chosen to be awarded the scholarship in line with Flickers of Hope Lift Empowerment Scholarship mission to ensure that children are enrolled in school and aided to stay in school. Following the major challenge of children in this community which is inability to further their education due to lack of funds and finally dropping out after primary school, FOH decided to aid students especially outstanding ones in various schools across the community, through this platform.
They have been successfully enrolled into JSS 1 in a Government Secondary School, in Bwari Area Council, FCT Abuja in September 2019.
