SUMMARY OF SEPTEMBER TEENS LEADERSHIP CLUB MEETING

The September Teens Leadership Club meeting was held on Saturday, 5th September 2026, with the objective of helping the teens develop a clear sense of purpose, set meaningful goals, create a vision for their future, and remain focused on achieving their aspirations.

The programme commenced at 9:00 AM with the Book Club session, where the teens engaged in their regular reading activity. This provided an opportunity for them to develop their reading habits, broaden their knowledge, and learn valuable lessons from the books.

At 10:00 AM, the leadership training session began with the topic “Vision and Goal-Oriented Leadership.” The training focused on four major subtopics:

• Discovering Purpose: The teens were guided to understand the importance of discovering who they are, their strengths, interests, and the purpose they can pursue in life.
• Goal Setting: The session introduced the teens to the importance of setting clear, realistic, and achievable goals and taking deliberate steps towards accomplishing them.
• Vision Planning: The teens learned how to develop a clear picture of the future they desire and create plans that can guide them towards achieving their vision.
• Staying Focused: Emphasis was placed on the need for discipline, consistency, determination, and avoiding distractions while working towards their goals.

Following the teaching session, an interactive Questions and Answers session was held. The teens had the opportunity to ask questions, share their understanding, and respond to questions based on what they had learned. This helped to reinforce the key lessons from the training and encouraged active participation.

The meeting ended with a word game, which provided a fun and engaging way to conclude the day’s activities while also encouraging teamwork, creativity, vocabulary development, and healthy interaction among the teens.

Overall, the September meeting was an engaging and impactful session that equipped the teens with practical knowledge on purpose, goal setting, vision planning, and the importance of staying focused in their leadership journey.
