
Omolara Adedeji, Executive Director
Omolara Adedeji is an Economist, Human Resource Manager, an Education Advocate and a Business Enthusiast. The Executive Director, Flickers of Hope Foundation, Nigeria, the Vice President at the Centre for New Dimension Leadership and the CEO, Deliberate Beauty Centre.
She is one who is passionate about Education, Mentorship, Women Empowerment, Human Resource Development, Management, Life and Leadership. She openly shares and works towards her convictions in these areas; offering consulting services.
She is a spiritual identity mentor, a woman of God’s purpose in Nigeria; coaching women in leadership for true National Emancipation. The Convener of The Access Women Fellowship where she expresses her passion for women; reaching out to them, teaching and mentoring them to fulfillment.
Following her passion and commitment to transforming lives, Omolara holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
She has a goal to serve her generation and share values and lifestyle principles that better positions the next generation for impact and influence using Education as a tool and a platform for empowerment. She is an author of several books and she hosts a talk on Life via her podcast series – Life Treatment where she tackles and help people through several life issues.
Olabisi Obayomi, Director of Programs
Olabisi is an Accountant by profession, a seasoned administrator with a passion to help individuals and businesses with their financial and administrative management.
She is the Director of Programs, Flickers of Hope Foundation Abuja where she expresses her love to manage resources (Human and Financial) ensuring projects are well executed.
Benedicta Apeh, Program Officer
Benedicta Ngozi Apeh is one who is very passionate and enthusiastic about what she does and sets her heart to do. She is a resourceful and dynamic team player with the ability to also work independently.
An experienced Program Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. Skilled in Nonprofit organizations, program development and community service. A strong community and social services professional with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from University of Abuja. Currently the Program Officer of Flickers of Hope Foundation.
A writer whose desire is to change, encourage, nurture and impact lives by her pen, and one who always looks forward to the attainment of success and fulfillment in her chosen career through continuous learning and harnessing of all available opportunities for growth.
John Ojoagbene, Media Associate
John Ojoagbene is a writer, a live coach and mentor, a mathematician and business expert by training, and an entrepreneur. He is currently the Media Associate for Flickers of Hope Foundation.
He is auto motivated and one who sees opportunities in every life and their ability to become a success, thereby motivating people to take relevant actions towards achieving their dreams. As a teacher, he sees growth as a function of learning overtime, and a possibility that anyone can achieve.
