LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR BENEFICIARIES – RECAP

On Saturday, 14th March 2026, our beneficiaries participated in an engaging Leadership Training Session designed to help them develop essential leadership values and life skills. The training cut across different classes and focused on building strong character, responsibility, and influence among the participants.

Key Topics Covered

1. Leadership: Self-Leadership – How to Lead Yourself
Participants were taught that leadership begins with self-discipline and personal responsibility. They learned the importance of managing their emotions, making wise choices, developing good habits, and staying focused on their goals. The session emphasized that before a person can lead others effectively, they must first learn to lead themselves.

2. Leadership: Leading Others – Exemplary Leadership
This session focused on the qualities of a good leader. The beneficiaries were encouraged to understand that leadership is not about authority or position, but about influence, service, and responsibility. Through practical examples, they learned how leaders inspire others through integrity, accountability, and positive actions.

3. Empathy and Leading by Example
Another important aspect discussed was empathy—the ability to understand and care about the feelings and experiences of others. Participants were reminded that great leaders listen, support others, and create an environment where everyone feels valued. The session also stressed that true leadership is demonstrated through actions, not just words.

Engagement and Impact

The training was highly interactive, with participants contributing to discussions, sharing their perspectives, and reflecting on how they can apply the lessons in their daily lives—in school, at home, and within their communities.

The session helped the beneficiaries understand that leadership is a responsibility that begins with character, empathy, and the willingness to serve others positively.

We remain committed to raising young people who are responsible, empathetic, and confident leaders for the future.
