The Leadership Training for Beneficiaries was successfully held on 13th December 2025. The training was designed to assess beneficiaries’ understanding of the lessons taught throughout the year and to reinforce key leadership, character, and life-skills principles that support personal growth, responsible living, and future readiness.
Assessment Session
The program commenced with an assessment exercise where beneficiaries were asked to write on a topic that had been taught between January and November 2025. This exercise helped to:
- Evaluate their comprehension and retention of the lessons
- Encourage critical thinking and self-expression
- Identify areas of strength and areas needing further support
Review of Topics (January – November 2025)
Following the assessment, a comprehensive review of all topics taught during the year was conducted. The sessions were interactive, reflective, and practical.

- Personal Hygiene (Male and Female Sessions)
- Separate sessions were held for male and female beneficiaries
- Emphasis on personal hygiene, self-care, and healthy living
- Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy
- Financial literacy and money management
- Budgeting basics
- Smart spending
- Introduction to entrepreneurship and earning as a pathway to financial independence

Conclusion
The leadership training served as a valuable opportunity to consolidate learning from the entire year. Beneficiaries demonstrated improved understanding of leadership, character, responsibility, and financial awareness. The program reinforced essential life skills and empowered participants to apply these lessons in their daily lives and future endeavors.
Overall, the training was impactful and aligned with the objective of nurturing responsible, confident, and purpose-driven individuals.
