The 2025 Boot Camp, themed “Rooted and Rising”, was organized to equip teenagers with strong values and leadership skills that will enable them to thrive in life and positively impact their communities. The camp emphasized building firm foundations through moral values, developing confidence to express individual potential, and inspiring the courage to rise boldly into leadership roles.
The Boot Camp was designed to:
- Help teens become leaders rooted in strong moral values that form lasting foundations.
- Build their capacity to express their potentials without fear.
- Inspire them to rise boldly and take their rightful place in leadership and society.
The sessions were delivered through a combination of:
- Interactive teachings and discussions to deepen understanding.
- Group activities that encouraged teamwork and self-expression.
- Practical exercises and reflections that helped participants apply what they learned.
- Motivational sessions and guidance to strengthen their self-belief and courage.
The Boot Camp recorded remarkable outcomes, including:
- Teens gained a clearer understanding of the importance of values in leadership.
- Participants discovered and affirmed their personal identity and leadership potential.
- Increased confidence was observed as many began to express themselves without fear.
- A renewed sense of purpose and determination to rise boldly as leaders.
The “Rooted and Rising” Boot Camp 2025 was a resounding success, meeting its objectives of inspiring, equipping, and empowering teens. It provided participants with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to grow as value-driven leaders. The camp reinforced the vision of raising a generation of young people who are firmly rooted in values and rising to take their place in society with courage and integrity.
